This task will be about a propeller wedgie with a broom, but first:

Put on 5 pairs of undies. Make them old, coarse pairs. make sure you're effectively squeaky cleaned, so that you can tighten up and leave lips hanging out, yet have clit more or less inaccessible, with a panties rope from front to back. Now, coat the entire rope that comes into contact with you with toothpaste and coat the plug you'll insert in toothpaste. Insert it. Squeaky clean 50 times both ways. Now, propeller, and keep spinning until you feel I am satisfied :). Keep the plug and the propellor, broom included, for one hour, every other day including today until september 15th :). You may spank at later dates if you get bored :)

My wife did this to me. Made stand on two milk crates in our walk in closet. My back was up against the clothes bar. She attached bungee cords to the clothes bar and to the panties I was wearing.
