You will Ruin one, but to ruin it you will have Special conditions

To earn your ruined orgasm you must first edge 10 times, 3 of these edges (may not be consecutive to each other, IE 1 normal edge, 1 special edge) may only be done via holding a spoon with only 2 fingers and humping up against the bottom of the spoon.

This should make the ruin difficult to achieve and more frustrating when you do ;)
