New to hypnosis

I've recently been poking around on here and I've been seeing post about hypnosis and hypno tracks. This is something that's super interested to me, and I'm really excited to see if it works.

Do any of you have extra information like any good sites? Ive also read up about permanent and trigger ones. Can anyone clarify.

I hear a lot of praise about these ones. Maybe you could test them out and let us know how it went? I'm curious :)

I think your supposed to start with this one, then this one before you try the others.

How well do these work? Anyone have any experience?

Tried to get hypnotised several times, but it really doesn't work for me. Just end up getting bored.
