Pain, because it is delicious.
Orgasm denial maybe small term because I am so so impatient and waiting drives me insane.

I hate being tickled, and can only take son much pain. So I would have to say denial.

It makes me more horny knowing I have been naughty and am not allowed to cum for a certain amount of time.

Tickle torture would be my least favorite.

I love denial and pain, I think it is a tie.

In a perfect world the denial could be based on the pain. With each cane stroke where I make a sound add a day of denial.

Tickling is amongst the most entertaining activities for me. :) Though I don't think there is one particular reason for that. Just a preference, I guess.
