It is my birthday today, but its just a day no cake or presents for me. Im 22 years old now. Dont have time to do anything im with my 1year old daughter.

Not really when im living with my family to getout of a relationship with an abusive dom. It was only emotional and verbal but now i have serious trust issues i cant even trust my own family, let alone coworkers.

i think "only" is a wrong word in that case. Often it hurts more when its
psychologically than when its physical.
I think you need to take that serious, thats the most important thing because taking it serios means taking yourself serious
