And there are probably more fuzzy/unclear things, especially regarding cartoons, captions, etc.

- Any captions, only when not ...(same)... and when the picture itself abides by the rules.

PROHIBITED
- Cartoons when aggressive, racistic, discriminating, or highly offensive.
- Girl's nipples. (yes, it's unfair)
- Genitals.
- Arseholes (not the person, but the anus).
