There are many things I could think of but one would be spanked by her boyfriend or dominant in public

This applies to both during sex but in general outside of sexual activity: degrade herself both verbally and maybe get on the floor also to her partner, beg for sex, talk down about herself as a form of submission to her partner, remain subservient even if the relationship hasn't officially been defined as a dominant/submissive one but simply because her partner tells her to. Maybe if it's vanilla, beg to be spanked and discplined because she needs it and then start the verbal degrading
