You wanna train your mouth and ass so first off put your cage on

Get you biggest dildo and inflatable plug

First work.you way so the plug feels good inside of you (you can use lube)
Now set the dildo in frond of you and start licking it special the top, slowly lower you mouth over it go deeper and deeper
When you think you can get it in "balls deep" start sucking it forn5 min all the way but every time you gag pump your plug 1 time
After 5 min tild you head backward and start face fucking your self 1 min slow 2 min fast 1 min slow 1 hard fast and when min is over keep it in as long as posible
