Little advice
I'd recommend you not to check your weight that often. As someone involved for many years in sports and fitness I can tell you this is a mistake that many people trying to lose weight make.
Your bodyweight can change during the day due to many factors; sweating and dehidration, amount of present digestive content, etc. Besides, the scale tells just the amount of mass of your body as a whole, therefore it's not a quite reliable method when it comes to assessing the amount of fat lost. It can even discourage people from losing weight, as it may seem that you're not losing any. It's much better to allow for longer time periods between stepping in the scale. Ten days or two weeks is a reasonable one, I'd suggest that. |
I have to agree 16 ounces of water equals 1 pound.
Drink some water weight goes up Pee or poop you'll lose weight Eat some food weight goes up While you might want to take a weight reading everyday at the same time. You still want to only look at the direction trend, I suggest a site like trendweight.com |

There's a certain amount of accountability that comes with it. Like on a Monday when I would put on a couple pounds after a weekend it made me get back on track. |

Cool. A pound a week is very good progress, and don't be concerned if it is less than that.
Remember that your body adapts more slowly. If you have a record of your weight for 3 years, make a 36-month (156 week) average. That's a very good indicator of what you body "thinks" it is, so even after you lose weight you have to make it a lifestyle choice to keep it there. |
dunno your age, that would help a bit.
If you are under 30 yo. it would look quite like your profile picture with 1.50m/45kg. I can help you. whats your workout plan? or contact me directly via pm |
New requirements
From now on I will work out to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DNioliqOug every morning and night.
I will also record what I eat everyday here too |

I watched your workout plan. Its a good start but to short for effect. If you are doing 10 mins of workout daily it will be a very slow process to lose weight and soon it wont help anymore and just keeps you at your current level. My advice is that you keep this plan cause u already know the excersises. But you will do it in circles. 4 times. So you are doing your workout plan, rest 3 mins, do the whole workout again. You do this up to 4 times. In total 40 mins of workout + breaks should be like 50-60mins of training. Do that 3 days a week. 1-2 days rest between training days. Stick with it and dont change it for atleast 2 weeks. After that u will be surprised :) next time we talk about eating and supplements. |

I weigh 149 lbs/67.5 kg.
I decided to skip my daily workout today since I got my wisdom teeth out so I could not eat anything before hand and you should not work out on an empty stomach. I ate mashed potatoes, chicken noodle soup, and a protein shake. |
I hope they didn't take your wisdom with the teeth! ;)
Feel free to take it easy for a few days if you find it necessary. Everyone has a different recovery. But you are doing well if you could eat even that kind of food within 24 hours. |

Today I ate scrambled eggs, greek yogurt, mashed potatoes, meat loaf, and a protein shake. |
Hi, i feel sorry for you. Wisdom teeth... bad thing.
Please stop the Protein Shakes and training as long as your wisdom teeth wound is healing. Stop any kind of food with milk until the wound is healed. Please tell me your regular meal times and just drink shakes after the workout. On 8hours a day you are allowed to eat the other 16 hours not. Set this time span for yourself and keep it. Dont eat too much before workout. Skip breakfast if you can and just eat some snacks to get over the day before workout. After workout you drink 1 protein shake (300ml milk / 30g Protein max.) 30 mins/1 hour later u will eat a normal meal. After the meal you will just eat snacks/fruits. And keep the time in mind. You just have 8 hours a day to eat! Also you can drink a shake of spinach with citric acid before bedtime. what you should mostly eat is: - chicken - fish - rice - vegetables - fruits (not to much) also you need to cook with a bit of oil, otherwise essential nutrients canīt be split properly in your body. what you should avoid most: - sugar - candy - soft drinks - alcohol - orange juice = coke (sugar) - cheese - pork - milk 1 day a week is a reward day. On that day you are allowed to eat everything and as much as you want. |
