Are you athletic or fit?

Do you exercise a lot to the point where you have an athletic or fit body?

Do you think this makes you more comfortable in your own skin?

gdBob 05-23-2017 07:12 AM

I exercise. I think my body is OK but I'm not a gym rat or anything.

I don't think it gives me any confidence. I'd probably still be interested in the same kinds of dares if I had a different body. I still don't want to get caught (and it's embarrassing when I do) as I am.

I don't really exercise but I'd say I am physically fit I think. I am able to run long distance quite well for someone who doesn't train at all but I just don't do it often. I have a weird relationship with my body though so even though I have a fit body in my opinion (I'm skinny but toned with subtle muscle definition?) I'll have days where I hate it and days where I love it

I think most people would still be embarrassed either way

Athletic/fit, I was really active in high school with sports. I guess it just carried over to being an adult.

Fair play for keeping it up

hornyyoungslut 05-23-2017 02:14 PM

I do have a fit body. I definitely does adds to my confidence because I worked toward that goal, I worked for toner legs, a slimmer waist, toned arms, etc. And now that I have it, it makes me all the more confident in myself.

Oh well I'm glad to hear that

I used to, but have fallen out of the habit, and my body shows it.

Aww that's a shame, there's always time to change that though

Not to be that dick but if you don't do any physical activity odds are our not fit. Skinny and fit are too different things

That is a fair point

Alicia0407 05-25-2017 08:37 AM

Well done, certainly looks like it works

MidnightFey 05-25-2017 06:32 PM

I was. Being physically fit gave me exponentially more confidence than being at a lower weight did. The visual isn't as fun as the proof of hard work is.

Now I'm back to overweight with shaky confidence. :P

No and never will again .I have been out of hospital just 2 weeks after being in a comma for 3/4 weeks and 3 weeks till I was well enough to go home .
I am still very weak and it maybe as good as it gets .
They reckon my life expectancy is 2 years to a life term if I am really careful and don't do anything stupied or meds fail.

Linda King 05-26-2017 11:16 AM

I think so

I jog every morning. Except in the winter if there is a blizzard. So I think I'm somewhat fit

Oh yes, I have been swimming competitively for about 13 or so years so i have a super athletic body. I just completed the swim season for school so at the moment I am super fit.

Do you think this makes you more comfortable in your own skin?
Yes very much. I am used to being fit so the more fit I am then the more comfortable with my body I am. Although the answer could also be no. Because I swim, I tend to get a super bad swimmers tan. I know many guys might like a swimmers tan for different reasons, but I don't like it because the stand out so much when I wear a bikini.

I used to be in much better shape. After my last relationship ended (she was super needy, couldn't exercise as much) and developing lazy habits I got kind of doughy. But I've been working hard this past couple months and I'm seeing improvements. I think an old Asian lady was checking me out last time I went to the pool.

Do you think this makes you more comfortable in your own skin?
Much more so yes. I used to be the fat kid in high school, it's quite liberating.

Kisune Karnon 08-08-2017 12:18 AM

I used to exercise a lot for school, I stopped due to no longer being in the program. I'm fine with my body regardless, though I understand I could lose some weight.
