i recommend looking into posture collars, maybe a nice high rubber/leather oen to be worn around the house at all times. maybe a corset too to be worn.
Go for an underbust to wear around the house. If your gf wants i'd suggest waist training ones. i can advise on some sites to look at, afterall we want you to have nice feminine curves with your underwear

Oh you are in for a treat. Lockable heels are like a chastity cage, but for your feet. You put on the heels, your girlfriend gets a padlock and locks your heel around your ankle. Now you have to walk around in heels untill she gives you the keys back.

And i can only second the corset suggestion, does woders for your feminin figure ;)
