I'm wearing boxers, socks, a bra( due to pm dare) and a black t shirt.
I'm about to go to bed

Double everything you are wearing (2 boxers, 2 pairs of socks, 2 bras, 2 black t-shirts).

I am wearing a t-shirt and briefs. (I can't wear shoes right now)

Lose the t shirt :D

Put on a shirt and tighty whities.

Two shirts, two bras, two boxer shorts and two pairs of socks, about to go to bed, a bit warm

Put nothing on put a bra.

You didn't say what you were wearing, so I guess just get naked.

Im wearing black cotton/spandex DKNY briefs with colored stripes.

Lose the sweatpants, add a tank top.

Put on your least comfortable shirt and most comfortable pants. (no underwear)

Wear a pair of briefs over your track pants.

I am wearing comfortable lounge pants and a thermal shirt that is itchy and a little too small.

Lose the comfy pants! And itch :D

Remove the shirt, put on sweatpants and a loose t-shirt.

Wearing just a t-shirt

Wear the t-shirt as pants to the best of your abilities.

I am wearing a loose t-shirt and sweatpants, no underwear.
