Double diaper and drink 6oz of mineral oil. You may not change until the second diaper is leaking. When you are ready to change roll a dice if it is an even number you don't have to wear diapers again and if it's odd you must double diaper again.

Here is the tricky part... If the number rolled is less than three you must drink another 6oz of mineral oil. That is going to keep your insides lubed up for a couple days. You may just want to stay diapered.

Take 4 suppositories diaper up and now it's time to cycle. You must cycle 25km. Now cum bye rubbing the diaper from outside or jumping with your messy diaper but on a pillow. At last make a walk outside 2km before you can clean the mess.
