"Nina," I don't know what you did to get banned, but I'm pretty sure that making a new account, before the ban is over, is considering ban dodging by the mods and they'll just ban this account and your original one for even longer. If I were you, I would PM a mod and say you won't do whatever it is you did before and plead with them to let you back on.
