I vote thicker... and if you want a brand recommendation I recommend square peg for regular wear plugs, very squidgy toys so inserting can be slippy but they stay in nicely and are very filling while being pretty comfortable (and by now they have a lot of plugs)

Nah thicker will make her feel more filled, longer is more likes she's getting fucked as she moves about during the day :P

However if you are staying plugged that length of time maybe you will wind up needing bigger again
