I did read that post. It said it is the game with a twist but I have never played the original game....

You have to read more than the first sentence.

3 people enter, 1 person loses, gets a dare from each of the winners.

How is it decided who loses though? None of that is explained.

Is it just the third person to enter loses?

Where you posted is where someone would normally decide who loses. Your job right now is to pick one if the three people who are in the contest as the loser.
