What about wearing a mankini as your pj's

Diaper up, wear pj's over the diaper, then add another diaper (can be cloth or a diaper cover). Sleep like this.

Weae a diaper, socks on your hands, and socks on your feet tonight.

I don't think it'd be realistic to wear a mankini as PJs for a long while, so looking for more realistic long-term PJ dares

If you want it to be slightly long term how about a tank top and boxers (for brownie points you can cut up the boxers to make them shorter so they just cover your bits ;) ).

You have to sleep in clothes that you regularly wear like a t shirt, jeans, socks. Shoes aren't necessary.donthisnfor a week.

I’d like to wear something a little tight or restricting. Nothing too extreme or time consuming. It should be relatively comfortable.

Since you like gymnastic clothes I dare you to wear three gymnastic leotards (the tighter the better) to bed. They can be with or without sleeves however you like.
