You could probably use some hypno! Pick 2 hypnosis files that include incontinence suggestions and baby behavior suggestions. Listen to them on a loop whenever you are alone for the next week ( at least 4 hours). every day that you do this, you must be diapered. starting with one and adult clothes on the first day. the second day you must add either a diaper or babyish item while you are listening (ex: you can add a second diaper and stay in adult clothes, or stay in one diaper and add a binkie). you must go to at least three diapers thick and try stick to the hypnosis suggestions.

Pick a 20-30 minute episode, with subtitles on (must be a kids show, obviously)
During this time, you must have yur baby bottle full of milk and in yur mouth the whole time.

Roll for a random letter, and then choose any word you want starting with that same letter.
Every time that word is said take a 2 second sip from yur sippy

The goal is to drink over half yur milkies, but not drink all of it.

If you do either, yu have to redo the dare.

Let's see how the baby is today. Apply a diaper....wait no, double diaper. Gotta make sure we're padded for protection. Put on a one piece outfit, something in pink preferred. Don't forget the bonnet and pacifier now. Make sure that pacifier has a clip so we don't lose it too. Babies only crawl, so that's what you'll be doing. Toilet is obviously off limits for the baby. Drink everything through a baby bottle. Must be at least 2 liters by end of day in total. Meals must be something mushy, if not then make them by applying water until it becomes mush. Total time is 8 hours.

Try not to leak or make too big a mess, daddy and mommy have to work.

You will start by double diapering up. Add a stuffer if you have one. Then it's time for the baby to eat. Wearing nothing but your diaper and a bib (if you don't have a bib you can tie a towel around your neck or something that will serve the same purpose.) Now it's time to feed the baby. Baby food only of course (anything you've pureed down to baby food consistency ) You will feed your self making sure to play those games babies love such as making air plane noises or choo choo train noises. Of course you are a picky baby so you will only swallow every other bite and you will let every other mouthful drool out of your mouth before having the next bite. You must finish the whole meal and take a nap before cleaning up.

Time to color! Baby will triple diaper up and will wear nothing but her diaper. Then you'll start a coloring palooza. You are not allowed to change until you've completed the entire coloring book. And here's a few rules so you can have a little extra fun
1. Stay hydrated- all liquids must come from a bottle
2. When you aren't drinking or eating you must have your paci in your mouth.
3. Every other page can be scribbled and colored just like a baby would, but Every other page must be colored in as well as you can.
4. Finally baby is only allowed to wear her diaper no covering up at all. And remember babies tend to make a mess so there should be as much marker on you as the coloring book.

For the little princess grab 3 diapers but one will be poked with holes, then close your eyes and mixed them all together choosing 2 to diaper up.

There you go who a good girl, now dont forget your bottle drink 1-2 liters of any liquid hope you dont have a little accident. For the rest of your day your not allowed to do anything adult that means

Toliet - must do everything in your diaper (unless limits)
Drink - must use a baby bottle
Dinners must be in a little bowl and use sound like here come aeroplane / choo choo
Pacifier must be used at all time or carry with you
Entertainment can only be g rate shows
Speech - must talk babyish only
Clothing - only top, diaper & socks (can change if need to go out or work)
Bed time set to 9pm the latest
