From what I can tell ... different first name (Lauren not Alice/Macy) both in CA, Alice is 16, the Lauren one is 18.
Doesn't make it an "obvious" fake to me though.

some of those sites require you to be 18, which is easy to lie about. Also she LOOKS 16 and NOT 18. IMO. Also in that state she'd be off to college by now... No new pics. i'm not feeling it here.

Just by looking at "her" pics I could see that they were "profesionally" done.. Which most pics people have aren't.
Pictures like that make me want to use TinEye, and I could find matching pictures from a lot of different sites.
