My pm dares

Hello everyone
As i want to be more fit, and like forced exercises...so here is a list of dares that anyone can give me...
Just msg me the count with exercise name in subject and I'll do it.... u can ask for report if u think it's necessary

List of exercises
Squats
Crunches
Tricep dips
Mountain climbing
Cyclying (lying on ur back)
Leg raise
Bridge
Side kicks
Knee pushups
Lunges
Jumping jacks
Back extensions

Tell duration for
Planks
Wall sits

duration should be 30 sec to 90 sec only

For example: pm me "20" with subject "squats"... nd i'll do 20 squats that day

U can send one exercise in a single day...
And the count should be between 5 to 20..

    NO MORE PM DARES AS I HAVE A VERY BUSY LIFE ALSO MY MASTER DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO ACCEPT TASKS FROM ANYONE EXCEPT HIM.....
