My permanent rules
Here are some of my permanent rules given to me by Sam.
1) I must always be totally honest, must not keep anything from Sam
2) I must not swear.
3) Can only view porn approved by Sam
4) All orgasms and sexual pleasure are under Sam's total control.
5) I must spend 10 mins a day kneeling naked, blindfolded, gagged in silence contemplating how fortunate I am to belong to Sam and how I can better serve her.
6) I must call Sam within 30 mins of waking up (exceptions are made when I have a very early start, as Sam would not want to be woken up at 5am. But has to be agreed the day before, and I have to email her within 30 mins to show that I thought of her before anything else)
7) Whenever I am talking to Sam, I must be kneeling unless otherwise instructed
8) I must call Sam at a prearranged time in the evening every day.
9) I must do 15 mins rigorous exercise each work day, and minimum 1h 30 on non work days.
10) I must maintain my BMI in ideal range.
11) I must always wear "Hers" bracelet except when at work (as not allowed to wear any jewellery at work)
12) I must always wear my collar when home alone or with Sam (unless in public)
13) Must always refer to my c*** as my little clitty

I just wanted to clarify the honesty rule, obviously telling the truth and not withholding anything from me goes without saying. I asked him to add this rule, not because I think in any way he would not be truthful with me regarding a task, breaking a rule or anything like that.
It is more that he must tell me how he is feeling, physically and emotionally. If there's ever a reason he can't do something I asked him too. As I know he does not want to disappoint me, and would push himself even when it would not be good for him.Posted 11-23-2016 at 03:43 PM by Sam~

That is the exact same reason why I have included that rule in my subs list as well. Honesty is so much deeper than just telling the truth, it is about being open about everything. In my opinion, it is a very important rule!Posted 11-23-2016 at 04:21 PM by Butterfly
