The Dare is you have to do this with someone watching, by either webcam or digital camera...You don't have to do all 3 parts of the dare but have to do at least 1 part...
1st part, Clothes
1. Take off your shirt
2. Take off your pants
3. Take off your shoes and socks
4. Take off your Bra and Panties but wear shirt and pants over it.
5 and 6. Take off evrything

2nd part, get a little wet and messy
1 and 2. You have to put water all over your body
3 and 4. You have to put whip cream all over your body
5 and 6. You have to put ice on your private places, if you have clothes on you have to put it down your clothes...

3rd part, the dareing part
1 and 2. You have to go outside in what ever you rolled on part 1.
3. You have to go outside Topless with only panties on.
4. You have to go outside in a white shirt with no bra and you shirt has to be wet, with only panties for the bottom.
5. You have to go outside naked for 30 seconds.
6. You have to go outside naked for 60 seconds.
