2. ok no it can be done via e-mail, this site or any instant messeger such as MSN (the most popular), AIM and yahoo.
How it works:
1. post here with your age sex and location here. also if you have a cam or not would be good. also say if you want to be a slave or master in title
2. wait for responses
3. when you have a responce choose the best way to talk ie MSN or e-mail
4. give or recive commands and have fun :)
