hi hope this hasent been posted before
Need:
Two screwy in eyelets
Strong string
Bottles
Tape or glue
Rope or cuffs
Material bag (or a plastic bag with holes in)
Ice cubes
Solo version: Ok firstly fill a bottle with urine, cum, off milk, whipped cream, baby food mixed with water and shaken up (worst tasting broccoli ect.) or some other disgusting liquid (it has to be something messy that you really dislike) and then tape, glue or tie some string to the bottom of the bottle securely so you cannot easily pull it off, feed the string attached to the bottle though a screw hook in the roof and then through one in the floor or a table now fill the material bag (or a plastic bag with holes in) with the ice cubes and tie the string to the bag the string should be short enough so that the bottle lid is suspended where your mouth is in the position you will choose to be in (must be sitting or kneeling), now get into that position and tie or cuff your feet, now at this point you can add anything you want to make the punishment worse such as a butt plug, nipple clamps, drinking lots of water before hand makes the punishment drag and doingthis fully clothed adds to the list of reasons not to let go of the bottle ect.
Finally with your ankles bound you should lean up and face the bottle upwards, undo the lid and seal your lips around the bottle now get back into the position so the bottle is facing down at you and you are leaning slightly to not spill the liquid, cuff your hands to you ankles and now you must either wait until the ice melts, drink the disgusting liquid or spill it all over yourself, the key to your cuffs should be somewhere near that you can only reach when the bottle is released or if you let go of it. Enjoy
Easy: do this in the shower or bathroom naked
Hard: do this over your bed fully clothed
