Plus the wax used in birthday candles is rather impure, so burns hotter than it should, especially so close to the penis. Very dangerous.

I would do it with the proper type of candle and with it being the proper length but I would never allow someone to do it with my hands tied for fear of getting carried away and burning a place that should never be burned.

I would have thought no one would be stupid enough to try this, can imagine the pain and how dangerous could be, however looks like someone proved me wrong
