This is a punishment for a slave that has cum whit out pirmision .
If the slave is male he must cum in to his mouth and hold it in thair for 1 hour before spitting it out into a glass then drinking it down .

If the slave is a girl it is the same but her master cums into her mouth

Speaking from the slave's point of view...it's extra humiliating to spit it in a cup, see it, and then have to drink it down. It's definitely much more of a punishment that way.
