This was the first punishment I used on my slave and I think it's pretty mild but I don't know your preferences. Starting the hour after you get up like if you get up at 6:36 a.m. you will start the punishment at 7 a.m. For every hour you're up, you must edge at least once every hour. If you do not edge in a specific hour you must reserve one of the later hours in the day and edge that whole hour putting only five minutes between each edge. If you cum at all during your punishment, the punishment lasts for another whole day. Hope that makes sense as some of the wording may seem a little obscure.

Pick out at toy that can bring you to orgasm the quickest. Secure the toy inside you so that you won't need your hands for it do it's job and lay naked(or as close to as possible) face down on your bed with a pillow under your waist to allow for a nice target.
