This is my first attempt at one of these so sorry if it's bad. I know the exercises are extreme but thats sort of the purpose if you read on. You only need one die for this dare. 1=1 2=2 and so on.

You can wear these under your exercise clothes or for the daring you can do it in just this. Doesn't matter where you do it.
Attire
1. your regular underwear
2. your regular underwear with a bad wedgie
3-4. a thong
5-6. a thong with a bad wedgie

Exercises
1. 150 pushups
2. 200 crunches
3. run 1 mile in under 7 minutes
4. 100 pushups and 100 situps
5. ride your bike 3 miles (sitting down the whole time)
6. Wild card you pick the exercise

The Twist
If you fail to complete the exercise you rolled you must roll again and complete one of the corresponding punishments below.

1-2. clean the underwear with your mouth
2-3. wear the undies the rest of the day
4-5. keep the underwear in your mouth for 2 mins
6. wear the underwear for another 24 hours then clean with mouth

Nice ideas there i may try this next week if i have time except im not a thong person lol. Nice ideas though.

i got
1 (regular Underware)
3 (Rode my bike but only got 2.5 miles)
6 (Errr, but I had double games 2 hours before time ran out)

got a 6 (ouch). then a 3 (i am a good runner). ran a mile under 7 (YEAH!!!)

as usual i had to do the punishment even if I did the full exercice
