You can't post an advert in the S/M area as this is restricted to user who are 18+. Any form of advertisement from minors like in signatures, blogs, etc. are quickly deleted by the staff as well.

However, the S/M's sub-forums are open for discussions to all and, if you're 14 and want to get to know more about M/s, I would strongly suggest to you to start reading some threads about the subject before jumping in anything to be honest.
