getDare has not changed hands. It's just been recently updated (and it is still far from done).

We are now hosting "The Truth or Dare!! Archives" and have taken that site over. We plan on expanding that site and futher intergrating it. getDare.com as you know and love it is the same. We are just expanding a bit with both features and the addition of another site. It will all come together in the end. :D
